Kanak-kanak kecil terutamanya mempunyai antibodi yang lemah dan mudah diserang oleh virus.  Oleh itu, ibu bapa harus memberikan pemerhatian yang rapi sekiranya anak anda mengalami tanda seperti demam kerana bimbang boleh membawa kepada penyakit lain.

 

Seperti kes ini, baru berusia 2 tahun 6 bulan tapi sudah diuji dengan penyakit ''bell palsy'' iaitu kelumpuhan otot sekitar sebelah muka. Punca awal hanya mengalami demam. Tapi ada sesuatu yang tidak kena apabila mulut kanak-kanak itu menjadi senget.

Apabila dibawa untuk rawatan, doktor mengesahkan terkena bell palsy dan puncanya disebabkan korek telinga. Tak sangka, perbuatan sebegini pun boleh membawa kepada peyakit yang serius, jadi ibu-bapa berhati-hatilah.

Untuk lebih jelas, jom kita ikuti perkongsian oleh Maizatul Amira yang juga merupakan ibu saudara kepada kanak-kanak ini. Diharap kisah ini dapat dijadikan panduan dan pengjaran kepada ibu bapa di luar sana. Semoga bermanfaat.

Assalamualaikum. Ramai yg pm Mai pasal anak saudara Mai yg sakit # bellpalsy haritu. Jadi, saya minta izin mama dia untuk berkongsi tala penyakit Lala untuk berkongsi dengan saya.

Seminggu sebelum Lala sakit dia demam dlm dua hari. Kemudian kita bg ubat demam je sbb mmg selalu ganti kt umah lagipun klinik jauh. Jarang bawa pergi gov klinik sbb malas nk tunggu. Jadi kita bagi je ubat beli kat klinik swasta tanpa cek demam dia tu sebab apa. (Sepatutnya kena cek) Lepas die makan ubat tu sihat. Main mcm biasa dengan Annur.

30.1.2018
Malam tu dia selalu gosok2 mata dia. Mata dia berair mcm. Saya yang jaga dia masa tu. Sy basuh muka dia dgn air bersih takut kena habuk atau apa2. Tp masih gosok mata. Tak lama lepastu dia main dengan Annur die gelak2 kitorang tengok mulut die senget. Dan dia selalu pegang bibir dia. Kitorang ingat dia saje buat mulut senget. Siap buat lawak lagi ikut die buat mulut senget. (Tak lawak ok) dia memang sakit. Maaf Lala.

31.1.2018
Pagi mati bangun tidur nangis2 mcm tak selesa. Selalunya dia bangun tidur diam je .. baring kdang2 nyanyi lagu .. mak sy dukung Lala tanya dia nak..semua die tak nak and die nangis2 makin kuat. Masa tu nmpk mulut die bertambah senget dr mlm td .. bila nangis mata dia tak tertutup dua2 belah mata. Abah dh bising suh siap2 pegi klinik sekarang. Masa diorang g klinik sy takde. Diorg pergi klinik kat segamat (klinik utama) doc tu terkejut die ckp tidak pernah mengendalikan kes mcm ni. Jadi mati buat surat merujuk kecemasan hp segamat. Kemudian MA cek dia ckp gusi bengkak. Die bg antibiotik ubat. Kene mkn smpai habis.

1.2.2018 
Kitorang macam tak puas hati MA tu ckp gusi bengkak. Kemudian mama Lala cari klinik swasta yang ada pakar kanak2. Diorang pergi klinik mesra dkt jalan genuang. Doc Cina cek. Doc cek suhu badan, telinga n tekak. Dia ckp mmg sakit bell palsy dlm bhsa melayu sakit saraf ke 7. Doc ckp punca sakit Lala ni sbb korek telinga mungkin terkena urat telinga .. apa yg doc ckp tu mcm betul sbm sblm sakit tu mmg ada korek telinga dia. Jadi mungkin telinga dia bernanah n kuman dtg n mkn saraf muka sbb tu saraf muka mati n muka jd senget sebelah. Doc bg 3 jenis ubat. Seteroid and lagi dua tak ingat. Doc cina tu bagi masa 4 hari untuk mengikuti semula.

5.2.2018 
4 hari lepas tu cek balik kt doc klinik mesra cek semula dia kata takde perubahan. Masa tu rasa sedih sgt. Doc suruh berhenti ubat n rujuk hkl. Tp kitorang tengok mcm dh kurang sikit mulut Lala senget lpas mkn ubat tu. Utk keselamatan ikut ckp doc pergi hkl mlm tu jugak.

6.2.2018 
Pagi2 lg pergi hkl. Bhgian kecemasan and MA tu ckp sakit gusi. Dia bg antibiotik. And surat merujuk bahagian paed. Tp tak sempat masuk sbb dan tutup awal. Jadi teruskan esok.

7.2.2018 
pergi hkl bhgian paed. Dtg awal klu nk balik awal. Jadi diorang dtg kul 7 pg tu pun dpt no 4. Ade yg lg awal dr diorg haha ​​.. jadi cek dgn pakar kanak2 .. doc tu ckp mmg sakit bell palsy. N dia tanya kenapa berhenti ubat yg klinik swasta bg tu .. kitorg ckp doc swasta takut sakit lain klu terus ubat tu. Doc hkl ckp bell palsy mmg selalu jadi lepas budak2 demam. Masa tu virus senang merebak. Lala jenis antibodi lemah n cepat sgt demam .. jadi doc bg antiniotic n steroid tablet jenis. (Fikir mcm mana nk bg pil kt lala) sini makan dlm msa dua minggu. 13.3.2018 susulan untuk perubahan.

Malam tu mula makan ubat pil. Sebiji pil kecik mcm taik idung tp pahit sgt2. Campur di dalam air gula, sup tetap terasa pahit die .. yg tua pun x boleh telan inikan pula anak kecik .. mlm tu mmg tak dpt mkn ubat pil tu .. lala mkn antibiotik je. Huhu

8.2.2018 
Mama cari ubat yg sama mcm klinik mesra bg kt klinik kawan dia. Alhamdulillah ada yg sama mcm tu. Lala boleh mkn dgn baik .. dia nangis xnk sbb pahit tp x sepahit pil tu..haha sian lala. Dgr die nangis merayu2 xnk mkn ubat kesian sgt. Hakak mmg jauh dari sini.

Ubat dah habis. Kitorang nmpk bnyk perubahan kt mulut lala. Mata pun dh berkelip sekata. Ckp pun tak senget2 mulut. Alhamdulillah.

Semak dokumen. Alhamdulillah Lala dah sihat sepenuhnya x perlu dtg hospital dah. Masa tu rasa bersyukur sgt .. dan semoga takkan dtg hospital dah smpai bila2 ..

Moral: jgn terlalu obses nk korek telinga anak .. nanti tahi tu keluar sendiri..bersihkan yg terkeluar tu je..bahaya utk kanak2..diorang xtau nak menjelaskan sakit mcm mana. Jadi berhati-hatilah, ok!

Moral: klu demam terus pegi cek jgn tangguh. Jgn suap ubat sesuka hati. Kita xtau sakit dlm badan dia.

Tq kawan2 yg doakan lala. Allah melancarkan doa kita. Kawan2 mai dr bff, jururawat yang kje, ahli farmasi, tqsm sbb beri tunjuk ajar cmne nk bg ubat kt lala .. tq tau ..

How to Trade Bitcoin in 2018 - Last year was a stellar one for Bitcoin, as it opened trading at $966 before embarking on a rally that took it to as high as $20,000. Even after the volatility of the past few days, Bitcoin has beaten all the other asset classes by a huge margin. The big question on everyone’s mind now is: what will happen in 2018 and how should one trade Bitcoin? The experts are divided in their opinion. The aggressive bulls have given targets of above $60,000for 2018. That’s a 300% increase from the current levels. On the other hand, the skeptics continue to question the cryptocurrencies’ valuation, calling it a bubble. Some expect wild swings in 2018. Saxo Bank’s outrageous prediction lists a possible high of $60,000, followed by a drop to $1,000. Similarly, cryptocurrency entrepreneur Julian Hospbelieves that Bitcoin will fall to $5,000, but he tends to think that it will also touch $60,000. He is not sure which level will be reached first. While the predictions offer us different opinions, it is difficult to trade off them. So we have tried to identify a few unique patterns on the charts that repeated in 2017. These can be used as guidelines by the traders to develop a suitable strategy for 2018. 50-day Simple Moving Average In 2017, 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) acted as critical support. In all other instances, the price touched the moving average or dipped below it during intraday, but quickly recovered. So, a purchase close to the 50-day SMA offers a low-risk buying opportunity. Buy close to the 50-day SMA and keep a stop loss below it. 200-day EMA decline as long-term entry opportunity Bitcoin offered low-risk entry opportunities to the long-term traders en route to its 20-fold rise in 2017. It has not traded below the 200-day exponential moving average (EMA) since October 2015, which is critical support. In 2017, whenever the cryptocurrency broke below the 50-day SMA, it came within a striking distance of the 200-day EMA. This proved to be an excellent buying opportunity for long-term investors. Even in the next fall, a move close to the 200-day EMA should be seen as a buying opportunity. The price will not necessarily fall as low as the 200-day EMA, even during a large correction. On Jan. 12, for instance, it bottomed about 6.5 percent above the 200-day EMA. Similarly, on March 25, it was about 2.5 percent above the 200-day EMA. On July 16 the bottom formed 10.7 percent above the 200-day EMA. Though not perfect, traders can start their purchase about 15 percent above the 200-day EMA, with staggered buy orders below that. How do we calculate how far above is the price from the 200-day EMA? Though there doesn’t exist any specific indicator for it, we can use the “Price Oscillator” (PPO) by altering its values smartly. The PPO offers the percentage difference between two exponential moving averages. Therefore, if we need to plot how far away the price is from the 200 EMA, we can feed the values of 1,200, which will give us the desired result. What if Bitcoin breaks down below 200-day EMA? If the price breaks down of the long-term moving average, it is a warning signal that things have changed. It indicates that Bitcoin is either entering into a long-term downtrend or into a range-bound action, which will require a different trading strategy. In trading, profit is made by buying and selling at the opportune time. While we have identified a low-risk buying strategy, we have yet to ascertain the best time to sell. Let's take a look at that, next. Best place to sell There was no indicator that would have given a consistent sell signal at the top. But it was noted that a simple trendline did the job perfectly. Even as far back as 2014, a reading above 60 on the ADX has been a good selling point for Bitcoin. How to approach Bitcoin trading in 2018? It is easy to identify and fit indicators and trendlines once the chart has formed. Doing the same with live markets is not an easy task. All in all, it is almost impossible to forecast cryptocurrenciy price movements for the whole next year ahead, because the marker is still young to have developed repetitive patterns of price behavior.
